If your organization has pre-loaded verified information for your spouse or adult dependents, they will be able to register at your designated wellness program URL. Alternatively, a manual invite option may be available. Click here to learn more. 

  1. From the login screen, click Register.
  2. Select the "I am a family member" option.
  3. Your family member will then be prompted to enter their information to activate their wellness account.
  4. Please ensure the employee (or primary member) email is entered into the Primary Member Email field
