If your organization has pre-loaded verified information for your spouse or adult dependents, they will be able to register at your designated wellness program URL. Alternatively, a manual invite option may be available. Click here to learn more.
- From the login screen, click Register.
- Select the "I am a family member" option.
- Your family member will then be prompted to enter their information to activate their wellness account.
- Please ensure the employee (or primary member) email is entered into the Primary Member Email field
