To add your mobile phone number to your wellness account, complete the following steps:

  1. Access your User Profile (located in the upper right of your account)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. In your My Profile section, enter your preferred mobile number and save your changes.

  4. You will receive a verification text, reply “Yes” to confirm. 

  5. A confirmation text will be sent, and your Account Settings page will reflect verification for Tracking Reminders.

  6. You can change or delete your mobile number at any time by following the same process.



*By default, active challenge reminders are sent every day at 8:00 AM. You can update your tracking reminder on the respective challenge's details page.
