eHealth Screenings (eHS) is a third-party company that processes and exports biometric results to WellRight*. Users will submit their biometric results to eHealth Screenings (ehs.physicianscreening@ehealthscreenings.com). Once they are processed, eHS sends the results to WellRight on a secure file to be uploaded to your wellness account. Please refrain from sending your biometric results directly to WellRight, as we do not process them.
If your program is scheduling screenings through eHealth Screenings (eHS), the processing of On-Site, Physician Screenings, and Labcorp (offsite) data can take 7-14 business days. At-home kits can take up to 4 weeks. If your results are not visible in your WellRight account after the specified time, please contact your support department.
*Not all programs use eHealth Screenings as their biometric vendor. Please check the associated biometric screening challenge page to locate this information.
