The processing of biometric data can depend on your screening vendor and type. Once your health results have been submitted, they will be processed and uploaded to your account.
If your program is scheduling screenings through eHealth Screenings (eHS) the processing of On-Site, Physician Screenings, and Labcorp (offsite) data can take 7-14 business days. At-home kits can take up to 4 weeks. eHS will email you directly to confirm your submission or notify you of any problems.
If your results are not visible in your WellRight account after the specified time, please contact your support department.
If your screening was completed through another biometrics vendor or your internal program, the time to process your results would vary. Please review your challenge information page associated with your biometric screening for details about the processing time for your results.
