A Fitness challenge encourages participants to complete a defined amount of fitness activity. This could be a simple step challenge, or it can include a variety of activities like weight-lifting, Zumba, Rowing, Biking, etc. Check out the Challenge Details page to learn more.
Fitness challenges can also be set as device-only step challenges. IF manual tracking is not available, the challenge tile will say Auto. In this case, you will need to have a supported device or app synced with your account to automatically track for this challenge.
