If your company uses SingleSign-On, you will have to create a mobile password to log into the app. Once this is completed, future app logins will be with your email address and the mobile password you created. 


Please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Access your wellness account through your intranet

2. Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the upper-right hand corner.

3. From the drop-down menu, select Mobile Password

4. Enter your Currnet PasswordYour Current Password should match your network login. This password is what you use to login to your own network on a laptop or desktop computer.

5. Create your New Password, then re-enter in Confirm New Password. Your new password MUST be different than your Current

6. Select Save before navigating away from the page.


If you have already created a mobile password but have forgotten it, you can send a password reset email to your email from the Forgot password? function on the login page.
